Astronauts and Space

The Pop Concert

Last month, Oliver and his sister, Emma, won two tickets to a pop music concert. Their mum drove them in her car, but there was a lot of traffic on the motorway, so they arrived a little late.

When they got to the stadium, it was already dark. They gave their tickets to a man at the entrance and hurried inside. The concert was just beginning!

Their favourite singer appeared on the stage. He was wearing a silver jacket and playing an unusual instrument. Everyone was very excited.

Suddenly, the music stopped. The singer's instrument was broken and it sounded horrible! But a clever engineer ran onto the stage and repaired it very fast. 'That was lucky!' said Oliver.

After the concert, a friendly journalist talked to the children. She took a photo of Oliver and Emma for the local newspaper. It was an amazing night!
