Last Sunday morning, Emma and her younger brother, David, made some chocolate cookies. They wanted to earn money for a new toy dinosaur. Their mother smiled and said, “Please sell the cookies in front of our house. It’s safer, and I can help you.”
But David had a different idea. “Let’s go to the park,” he whispered. “There are lots of people there, so we can sell all the cookies quickly.” Emma agreed. They put the bags of cookies in a big box and walked to the park.
