Harry had a weekend job at a famous cake shop in town. Last Saturday, his manager gave him a large chocolate cake. "Please take this to a boy called Oliver at 41 Green Street. It's for his tenth birthday," she said. Harry put the box in his bag and rode his bike to the street. He looked at the numbers and quickly stopped his bike outside number 14.

The front door of the house was open. Harry could hear loud music and saw a lot of happy people inside. Everyone was talking and laughing together. Harry walked into the hall and a friendly old woman came to meet him. Harry smiled and gave the heavy box to her. He was very busy, so he didn't ask any questions. He just said goodbye and left quickly.

Ten minutes later, Harry's phone rang. It was the woman from the cake shop. "Harry, where are you?" she asked. "Oliver's mother just phoned me. They are waiting for the cake!" Harry was very surprised. He said, "But I gave it to a woman at number 14!"

"Oh no!" his manager answered. "Oliver lives at number 41! The people at number 14 are having a special party because they got married fifty years ago!" Harry felt terrible about his mistake. He quickly cycled back to the old woman's house to get the chocolate cake.
