Last weekend, Julia and Mum went to the shopping centre. Julia wanted to have a purple sweater. They went to a clothes shop. There were many coats, jackets, gloves and but the shop didn’t have any purple sweaters. They couldn’t find it in any clothes shops. Julia got sad.

After that, they went to a café for some drinks because they were thirsty. Mum had a hot and Julia had a glass of lemonade. There was a loud from Mum’s phone. It was Grandma! She wanted to talk to Julia.

"I have a present for you at home," she said.

When they got home, a box was on the table. Julia found a purple sweater inside. The little girl looked at the sweater and then at the phone. She told Grandma purple was her favourite colour some days before that. And Grandma made this for her. 

Julia it on and stood in front of the mirror. The sweater was beautiful on her.

Pineapples

Pineapples are big, round fruits. They have got green leaves on the top and are yellow inside. Pineapples grow best in places where the weather hot and wet. plant has got one fruit. Farmers have the plants and wait for many months. Some countries grow a lot of pineapples and then bring them to other countries. People can buy pineapples shops, supermarkets, and markets. They can eat pineapples after lunch or dinner. Some people make pineapple juice to drink on hot days. Pineapples are good for children to eat day.

Lily’s blue scarf

One Saturday morning, Lily was at the train station because she wanted to visit her grandma. She wore her favourite scarf. It was long and blue with white stars on it.
The train came. There were a lot of people and it was very loud. She quickly got on the train. When she found her seat, Lily looked down.
'Oh no! My scarf! It’s not here!' said Lily. Lily was very sad. 'I must find it,' she said.
