Hats

A hat is that people wear on their heads. Hats have got colours and shapes. Some hats are small, and some are big. Some hats are for cold days to keep your head warm, and some are for sunny days to keep the sun out your eyes. Some people wear hats for fun or to nice. You can buy hats in shops or markets. Everyone can wear hats – men, women, children. You can wear a hat at work, at school, or when you travel. Hats are easy to carry and nice to wear outside.

The scary spider

Vicky and her grandpa took a walk in the forest last week. Vicky carried a big bag to pick up pretty leaves and interesting stones. The trees were tall, and there were many beautiful flowers on the ground. Birds sang in the trees, and Vicky could see a small river nearby. Her grandpa looked around and found a big tree to sit under.
Then a small white rabbit ran across, and Vicky ran after it.
