Tigers

A tiger's body orange and black. It has got big legs and long teeth. It has got very good eyes and ears, so it can see night and hear small sounds. A tiger's home is in a forest or a jungle. Most of them do not live in a group like lions. Tigers eat meat and need a of food. They move quietly and wait for other animals to come close. When they see an animal, they jump quickly and catch . Tigers can swim very well. They often go into rivers to cool. Sometimes they catch fish too.

A new friend at the cinema

Leo and his best friend, Jack, bought two tickets to see the new pirate film at the cinema in the city centre on Friday.

But on Friday morning, Jack’s mum called. 'I’m so sorry, Leo,' she said. 'Jack has a bad cough. He can’t go to the cinema tonight.'
