Last Sunday, Fred and his sister, Lily, were in the kitchen. They wanted to have a picnic in the park. "Let's some sausages to take with us," Fred said. They put the sausages, some apples, and a big bottle of water in a bag. At the park, they played with a ball and ran around. When they were tired, they found a nice place under a big tree and down on the grass. Fred was very hungry. He the bag to get the food, and then a little dog ran from behind the tree. Cows

Cows are big animals live on many farms. Farmers keep in big green fields. Cows can have got many different colours. A lot of cows are black and white, but some are brown. A cow has got four strong legs, big ears, and a long tail. Every day, animals stand outside and eat a lot of grass. They must drink a lot of water, too. Cows are very good for people because they give us milk. Children love drinking milk breakfast. People use this milk to make cheese and ice cream, too. Did you this about cows? They can walk up the stairs in a house, but they cannot walk downstairs!

The family went to a farm in the countryside on the weekend. It was very quiet there. They liked the farm because their town was always noisy.
