Jane and Paul

Last weekend, Peter and his sister, Jane, stayed at home because the weather was bad. It was very cold and outside. They watched a film, but then they wanted to play.

'Let's find something fun to do,' Peter said.

They walked downstairs to the dark to look for an old toy. They found a big brown box under an old chair. There was a beautiful, red toy train inside it!

Peter put the train on the floor to play with it.

'Look, Peter! The train is !' Jane laughed. It went under the table. Peter smiled and got the toy.

Then, Jane carefully the box up to the living room. They sat on a big blue rug and played with the train for a long time. They were very happy.

'Let's make a very big station next to the sofa,' Peter said. 'We can use some books.'

When the weather sunny, families enjoy taking them to the park for a picnic. You can eat a sandwich in your hands. You don't need a spoon or a bowl! is your favourite sandwich?

The lost toy on the island

Last weekend, Jack and his best friend Charlie walked around a beautiful island in the countryside. "What a cool parrot," Jack said when he saw a bird flying above them. Charlie didn't stop, but Jack went inside a small forest. He wanted to look for some interesting rocks. When Jack came out of the quiet forest, he couldn't see his friend.
