Hi Alex,
I hope you're doing great! I want to share some tips I use to learn new English words with you.
First, I check out vocabulary apps. They make learning fun with games and quizzes. You can even hear how people pronounce English words correctly, which is really helpful. I love using apps because I can practice with them anytime and anywhere. Second, I always double-check the meaning of new words when I watch a movie. I also write them down to practice later. In this way, I will remember them and can use them easily in the future. Lastly, I try to figure out the meaning of words from the context. For example, when I’m reading, I try to guess what meaning of the words based on the sentences around them. Then I check if I’m right by using a dictionary. These steps help me understand words better and remember them longer.
These methods have made learning English much easier and more enjoyable for me. Let me know if you’d like to try them together!
Take care,
Sophie
