Tom: It's been quite different. There have been a lot of changes.
Anna: Really? Like what?
Tom: And we have a new English teacher, Ms. Nguyen. She has a completely different teaching style compared to Mr. Tran.
Anna: Sounds challenging.
Tom: So, are you finding the new teaching methods difficult?
Anna: Yes. I'm more used to traditional textbook learning. It's just a matter of getting used to it, I suppose.
Tom: How are you coping with the new subjects?

Life in Vietnam 40 years ago
Forty years ago, in 1980s, Vietnam was a very different place. People often lived in small, rural villages where customs and traditions were -rooted in their daily lives. These traditions, passed down through , shaped how people lived, worked, and interacted with one another.
Life in these villages revolved around living. People worked together in the rice fields. In the evenings, adults gathered in communal houses to share meals and stories. Children often played under the moonlight. Most homes were by extended families, with grandparents, parents, and children. Each family member had specific roles and duties. Grandparents often took care of the grandchildren, while adults worked in the fields or other family businesses. Elders were highly respected and made important family decisions. Vietnam has changed significantly in the past four decades; however, these traditions and values continue to hold a special place in the hearts of many Vietnamese people.
