Cách viết bài review về sách, phim

Để viết bài giới thiệu, bình luận về một cuốn sách đã đọc, một bộ phim đã xem bằng tiếng Anh, bạn cần nêu được tóm tắt nội dung của cuốn sách/bộ phim đó và chỉ ra những nét hay, nét đẹp, chi tiết ấn tượng đối với bạn.

Cấu trúc của bài viết review (cảm nhận) về phim hoặc sách

1. Introduction (Mở đầu, giới thiệu): 

Giới thiệu chung về tác phẩm, các thông tin cần có bao gồm tên tác phẩm, tác giả hoặc đạo diễn cùng các diễn viên chính.

2. Body (Phần thân bài):

– Tóm tắt nội dung tác phẩm, cốt truyện trong một vài câu.

– Phân tích bối cảnh của tác phẩm, bối cảnh bao gồm hai yếu tốt chính là thời gian, địa điểm câu chuyện diễn ra.

– Nêu cảm nhận về các nhân vật, cách tác giả, đạo diễn xây dựng các nhân vật đó.

– Nêu những nét đặc biệt trong phong cách sáng tác của tác giả, phong cách dàn dựng bộ phim của đạo diễn, diễn xuất của các diễn viên,..

– Nêu cảm nhận về nội dung tác phẩm, ấn tượng cá nhân về tác phẩm.

3. Conclusion (Phần kết): 

– Bình luận chung về tác phẩm.

– Cho người đọc biết được mình có yêu thích tác phẩm hay không và tại sao.

– Đề xuất mọi người nên xem, đọc hoặc cần cân nhắc hoặc không nên xem, đọc tác phẩm này.

2. Các cách diễn đạt ý kiến trong một bài review

• I + động từ (I believe/ think/ consider…)

Ví dụ: I believe the play was well acted. (Tôi tin rằng vở kịch đã được đóng rất tốt.)

• Tính từ hoặc trạng từ + các tổ hợp tính từ

Ví dụ: The film is highly amusing. (Bộ phim vô cùng hài hước.)

• Một cụm từ (In my opinion, to my mind, from my point of view,…)

Ví dụ: Such roles, to my mind, are likely to occur once in a lifetime. (Những vai diễn như vậy, theo tôi thì, cả đời mới đến một lần)

• Một trạng từ chỉ ra ý kiến (undoubtedly, surprisingly, confusingly,…)

Ví dụ: Undoubtedly, for a film noirr, it is remarkably dynamic. (Không nghi ngờ gì nữa, xét trên thể loại phim noir, đó là một bộ phim tuyệt vời.)

• Một câu bắt đầu với “It is…” và theo sau bởi một tính từ và thường là thêm cả một mệnh đề với “should”

Ví dụ: It is disgraceful that such a film should be made. (Thật không thể chấp nhận được việc một bộ phim như vậy là được sản xuất.)

• Một trạng từ + một tổ hợp phân từ hai

Ví dụ: The film is well produced but appallingly directed and badly acted. (Bộ phim được sản xuất tốt, nhưng sự chỉ đạo và diễn xuất rất tệ.)

1. Về sách

“Everything, everything” is one of the best books I’ve ever read. It is written by the famous American author, Nicola Yoon. The book has a quite portable size so I can easily bring it with me. The cover of the book is blue, looks pretty eye-catching. This is the New York Times No. 1 bestseller and was adapted into a movie. At the first time reading, I was very impressed with the way storytelling. The story revolves around the life of the poor Maddy. Since childhood, she was diagnosed with a serious disease and had to live away from the world around. Her life repeated every day, so boringly but then one day, Olly appeared, he was such a light that brightened the life of Maddy. She was no longer alone, every day seemed an interesting gift, from the brief chat to the non-verbal gestures through the window. Naturally, Maddy had broken the limits of herself, stepped out of the bubble house, which had long restricted her to pursue her own passion and freedom. The book engages me in a non-stop adventure with many emotions, sometimes is happy and sometimes is sad. In the end, it turned out Maddy was not sick, but the obsession with the death of her father and brother had caused her mother to cover her so much. Through every page, I come up with a lot of interesting things, that maternal love is very great, but sometimes also blind, and if we have a dream, do not be afraid to pursue, let live for true meaning, not simply existent. To me, ‘Everything, everything’ is very interesting and meaningful, full of humanity. Especially, it has changed me a lot, from a shy girl to become more confident, dare pursue my passion. 

2. Về phim

Last week I and my friends went to see a movie named ''Joker'', which received an eight-minute long standing ovation at the Venice Film Festival. The film tells the story of initially mild-mannered clown Arthur Fleck's descent into violence and villainy on the crime- and poverty-ridden streets of 1981 Gotham. This is a movie that only those who have felt alone and isolated can truly relate to it. You understand the motive and you feel sorry for the character. A lot of people will see this movie and think that it encourages violence. But truly, this movie should encourage each and every one of us to become a better person, treat everyone with respect and make each other feel like they belong in this world, instead of making them feel isolated. The acting, cinematography, sound design, and the script itself is phenomenal. This movie is a triumph. I really enjoyed this movie and strongly recommend you to see this as soon as possible
