Yes, eating nourishing food plays a vital role in my life as it helps me lead a healthy life and keep fit. That’s why I enjoy eating home-cooked food rather than fast food or pre-prepared meals.

I try to eat a balanced diet as often as I can which means including plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and I also try to exercise regularly at home or at fitness centers – either running or going for a bike ride as a daily routine, but I admit that with all my studies at the moment, I am not always as conscientious about my health as I should be. I know that physical activity, regular exercise, and the health benefits of playing sports can deter bad habits, increase good health, and aid in the speedy recovery from an illness.

Well, everyone is addicted to some habits that they try to change. And I am one among them. My work priorities are such that I reach home around 8 pm. I feel lazy to cook, so I go to bed with an empty stomach or order a takeaway.

Well, I’ve never been seriously ill, but I can remember a couple of weeks ago, I had taken leave for 3 days because I was under the weather

I was walking back home from work and it suddenly started to rain cats and dogs, so I got wet. The next day when I woke up, I was a bit off-color. I still remember feeling poorly, even though I got a headache, a sore throat, a chesty cough, and a blocked nose. I decided to see my GP for a check-up. My GP said that I caught a heavy cold and had to take a lot of medicines. I was in charge of a project presentation at that time, and due to the situation, I had no choice but to phone in sick and reschedule the presentation until this week. But thank God, I was over the worst of it and made a speedy recovery after 3 days of suffering.

Obviously yes. When people go grey, they get signs of bad health. This is explained by the fact that their immune system will weaken as getting old. So, old people can feel poorly easily. That’s why they pay more attention to their health. And we can see the fact that there are a lot of old people rather than the young going out for walks or jogging.

It's an interesting question... In my opinion, the government could encourage people to go in for sports by making it more affordable and popular... Promoting healthy food rationing on television might be a good idea as well...

I think, in my country that policymakers should have more initiatives and implement stricter policies when it comes to activities that affect people's health. For example, the banning of smoking in public places would not just benefit the smokers, but the non-smokers as well as there is much evidence about the dangers of passive smoking such as developing asthma and a sore throat which is often a symptom of bad air pollution. Also, there is a well-established link between better education and health care so education in school is important.

Yes, I’m really keen on sports. I hit the gym club on a daily basis and have my personal trainer help me reach my fitness goal. Taking part in some activities at the gym like running or riding a bicycle, also refreshes my mind and recharges my battery.

I used to be a couch potato, but then I gained a lot of weight, making me unable to put on any of my favorite clothes. And this pushed me to hit the gym every day to lose the pounds. I have stuck with it for about a few months now and the result is so amazing! I can be confident with my body again now.

Unfortunately, I don't have time to do any sports or physical activities because of my work commitments. I'd like to find more time for regular exercise.

Staying in good shape is everyone’s concern and I am no exception. To be honest, I have been so caught up in my study since I entered university that I have a problem organizing my daily routine. However, I have been participating in a yoga class for about 2 years, which takes me only 1 hour a day, to try to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Unlike dancing or running, yoga definitely involves stretching actions. You might look at yoga and think that it is light and easy but it is more demanding than it appears. Yoga allows me to work on all the parts of my body. It can burn a lot of calories in just one hour of training. Also, it enhances my flexibility and suppleness in every single movement.

What I enjoy the most about yoga is meditation. It is all about regulating your breathing and helping you take things off your mind easily. Another thing is that doing yoga is supposed to be good for curing headaches and digestion-related problems, so it benefits not only physical well-being but also mental health.

By maintaining a schedule of taking part in the yoga class on a daily basis, I feel extremely relaxed and full of energy after the class. It helps me to keep fit and refresh my mind after a long stressful day. And of course, I don’t see myself stopping practicing this activity any time soon.

I think sports are important for different reasons. For me, doing a sport is about having fun. When I play football, for example, I forget about everything else and just enjoy myself. Also, doing a sport helps you to keep fit and healthy, and it's a good way to socialise and make friends.

I think that sportspeople should be good role models. Children look up to their favorite football players, like David Beckham for example, so I think that these people have an enormous responsibility. They should try to be a good influence, and behave in the right way.

In my opinion, it's fair that the best sportspeople earn a lot of money. Being a top sportsperson requires hours of practice, and there are millions of sports fans who are willing to pay to see them play. If we don't want sportspeople to earn so much money, we shouldn't go to watch them.
