Robot
The word ‘robot’ was introduced for first time in 1921 by the Czech writer Karel Capek in his play Rossum’s Universal Robots. These robots were like humans because they could think for themselves. When we hear the word ‘robot’ nowadays, we think of a that must be told what to do and that cannot think for itself.
But can a robot that shows emotions be created? Actually, yes, and it’s already been done! A robot called Kismet has been developed with eyes, lips, and ears. These features move and allow emotions to be expressed. Kismet doesn’t enjoy , so when that happens he looks sad. He loves attention, though, so when he sees a human face, he smiles. expressions such as interest, calm, surprise, anger, and happiness can also be seen on his face.
At present, other robots are being made that will be able play sports, so in the future people might not be paid millions to play for the best team. Everyone will be cheering on their robot heroes instead.

To do well at school, college, or university you usually need to do well in exams. “All students hate exams” may be a generalization, but it is fairly true one. Certainly, all of the students I’ve known disliked doing exams. None of them thought that the exam system was fair; to do well in an exam you simply had to be able to predict the questions which would be asked. This was the case as regards to students in my class at college. Both of them were exceptionally bright, but in the final year “exam” neither of them got an A grade. In fact, they both got Cs. The exam had tested us on questions which had come up the previous year. They had both assumed that the same questions wouldn’t come up again and hadn’t prepared for them.
The writer’s main purpose of writing the passage is to _____.
All of the students at college thought that the exam system was unfair.
One of writer's students mentioned got an A grade in the final exam.
The statement “All students hate exams” is completely true.
The ability to predict the questions which would be asked helps you get good grades easily.
